More specifically

  • If you have an active account with us (in this case you need to be the person liable to pay the bill):

    1. Pay the entire sum without paying any interest.
    2. Pay the amount in 12 monthly interest-free instalments and exempt yourself from 80% of the interest
    3. Pay the amount in 24 monthly, interest-free instalments and exempt yourself from 60% of the interest
    4. Pay the amount in 36 monthly, interest-free instalments and exempt yourself from 50% of the interest
  • If you no longer have an active account with us (in this case you need to be the owner and the person liable to pay the bill):

    1. Pay the entire sum without paying any interest.
    2. Pay a 30% advance on the amount owed and the balance in 12, 24 or 36 instalments and exempt yourself from either 80%, 60% or 50% of the interest.

In both cases, you can use a credit card to pay in up to 48 instalments (depending on the credit card) and exempt yourself from 80% of the interest.

In all events, the minimum instalment payment is € 50.

Anyone who owes the cost of a new sewerage connection charge or new private sewerage branch pipe or new sewerage pipe extension or related services can pay that debt by paying an advance equal to the VAT and can then pay the balance in 3 equal instalments which will be included in the next 3 water bills, provided that there is a water supply contract in place. If properties are jointly owned, the charge can be applied to the bill in the name of the applicant joint owner, provided he recognises that the debt is his alone, or to the bill for the communal water meter at the property provided that he submits a certificate from the other owners that they consent to this.
